Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd is a $1Billion Japanese manufacturing company which was formed in 1945, with its global headquarters in Okazaki, Japan.  Its focus is on a range of product lines from robotic technology to automotive pressing and assembly parts.  The company is led by it’s President, Itsuo Kozuka.

Futaba now has substantial global presence and site operations in over 10 countries.  Globally its core customer is Toyota manufacturing, in fact Toyota own an equity stake in the Futaba business.


At end of 2004, it was announced to the UK press that Futaba had the intention to open a new production facility in Derby, in August 2005.  Our new facility produces assembly parts for current operations that are presently manufactured inside Toyota, so that they can expand their operations internally.

With a 20 acre (81,000 square meters) capacity, our new site opens up a host of opportunities for FIUK Ltd to be a successful company in future years and a rewarding one for all employees involved.  Our philosophy is to be as successful as possible by satisfying our core client Toyota and by engaging the local community in our development as a company.
